Return Policy

Non-Returnable Items

- All 3D-printed products are custom-made and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Exceptions are only made if there is a proven defect in the workmanship or material quality.

 Order Cancellations 

- Orders can only be canceled before production begins.
- If an order is canceled before production, a 50% refund of the total amount will be issued.
- No refunds will be issued once the production process has started.

Defective Products

- If you receive a defective product, contact us within 48 hours with proof of the defect.
- We will evaluate the issue and, if valid, provide a replacement or store credit.

Liability

- Cyntrex 3D Printing is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect client-provided files or specifications.
